New place to Hangout is coming..

Redback Speciality Coffee now open in Graha Family, Surabaya with new look and concept.

This cafe open from 6 AM – 10 PM. So, if you want to enjoy the morning coffee, have a breakfast, lunch or dinner with a nature view, I suggest you to come. Try their signature coffee with any special pastries(I heard their Croissant is ‘da best)

Best time to coming is around 6-9 AM or 3-10 PM.

There is 2 place that you can choose to enjoy your coffee, in outdoor or indoor.. If you come around 10 AM – 2 PM I suggest to choose indoor (for non-smoker) and please do reservation first if you prefer indoor than outdoor.

I think this place isn”t big enough, because Redback must share place with show unit of Graha Golf (sometimes you feel uncomfortable if you choose seat near the show unit) and when any customer visited, this place look so crowded and the air conditioner (AC) can’t help so much (especially in lunch time). If you choose in outdoor, you’ll feel very very hot when you come around 10 AM – 2 PM.

Fyi, in indoor you can choose sofa (4-5 person), table with high chair (share with other customer), and standard table (for 2 or 4 person).

In there, you must order the food/beverage in cashier and pay first then choose your seat.

That day, I feel a little bit disappointed with this cafe. why? Because.. when I coming here at 10 AM, and any food/beverage is SOLD OUT. WTH !

It’s 10 AM Man ! Please….

And that time, they have any customer queue in cashier because the customer must change their order twice or more because of this. OMG.

I’m not a pastries lover, so I prefer to order a Deluxe Smoke Salmon Salad and a Flat White hot coffee.

The taste of Deluxe Smoked Salmon Salad is pretty good, I give 8.5/10 (the Salmon isn’t fishy at all and the vegetable is 100% fresh). Maybe I will try it again.

Believe me, I’m not a coffee lovers, even in Starbuck I never order any coffee menu, but…. I’m fall in love with this Flat White Coffee ! I give 9/10. The taste is perfect – light and not too bitter.

Overall, the food and beverage in there isn’t pricey at all. The food start from 30k – 75k and the beverage start from 20k – 40k. The crew is very responsive and helpful. Maybe, for a few month ahead this cafe will be so crowded (this place is happening now).
