New Bistro in town now open !
Please welcome to the new Bistro with simple and cute concept OOTB (Out Of The Blue) Bistro.
I know, all of you mostly familiar with tagline like OOTD (Outfit of The Day), OOT (Out of Topic) and many more, but remember, this is Out of The Blue.
Where is it?
Yap ! This Bistro at Spazio Terrace…
This place open from 10 AM – 10 PM, please do reservation first if you hesitate about the seat.My first impression about this Bistro is awesome for decoration, placing, lighting, colour selection, and the best part is servicing !
Pst… they have private room too…
I was arrived there at 11 AM, and the crew greeted me and said about my reservation name. After I take a seat another crew come to me and give the menu booklet. OTTB mostly serve Italian food like pasta, soup, etc. The most wanted dish in there is The Cod father and Classic Chop Beef Meat, so.. I decide to try The cod father, Moroccan Shakshuka, Peppermint Bark and special beverage Out of the blue.
The Cod Father is grilled Cod fish with creamy sauce (fyi, I like the sauce), the meat soft and the sauce is light. Please eat the fist meat with sauce for relieve fishy taste. I give 8,5/10 for this dish (you can ask more sauce if you need it).Moroccan Shakshuka is lamb meat, potato, egg cooked with pasta sauce, so the taste is a little bit sour (from tomato). I give 6.5/10 for this dish, the lamb meat so smelly. Please cook any lamb meat well before.
The taste of peppermint bark and out of the blue is so fresh, so I give 8/10 for those beverage. Fyi, those drink contain a little bit ginger extract. Please told the crew if you won’t the ginger.
Overall, I’m satisfied enough with this bistro, especially the service from the crew. They are responsive, friendly, and helpful. The taste of food so far so good, the place is big enough and the serving fast enough. If you want to chill out and do your assignment or chit chat with you buddy, you can order their special coffee with light meal/snack. Here the menu……
